Results: The client experience, an over 40% response rate and
a 10-to-1 ROI.

Solution: MIR developed a dimensional direct-mail campaign that would break through the clutter on decision makers’ desks. One even featured a bamboo plant to brighten up their office for months. The mailings were staggered to allow salespeople to follow up after the mailing was received.

Challenge: To educate the reps about specific products and
categories to drive sales.
Results: Sales of featured products spiked an amazing 25-60%
after each mailing.

Solution: MIR developed a monthly sampling program for 3M tapes
products that was sent to over 2,000 distributor sales reps. The monthly
mailings included key sales tools — product information, details on how
and where to sell the product and a product sample. Getting the product
in their hands helped keep the brand top of mind and gave them the
information they needed for effective sales.

Challenge: To create a model of a heart valve with a deployable stent for distributing to medical professionals and educating patients.
Results: The original order of the model was distributed in Europe and Asia. It was so successful that a second order was distributed in the U.S.

and stent along with accompanying packaging and graphics.

Challenge: To develop a quarterly program focused on driving sales of specific replacement printer cartridges.
Results: The thriving incentive program has been driving sales of printer cartridges since 2004.
